HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR JFFA EVENTS*

In accordance with state, county, and local mandates for indoor and outdoor events, and expectations set forth by our artists and venue partners, the following safety standards are in place until further notice:

Masking and proof of vaccination are not required at this time for JFFA events;

however, this policy is subject to change, with minimal notice, in accordance with changing regulations.

what does this mean for you?

  • The vaccine verification process, which required either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, has been lifted from all events.  
  • Face coverings are optional for our patrons.
  • If any additional requirements are set forth by our venue or artist partners, those requirements will be communicated clearly during the ticket buying process and in event descriptions on JFFA.org.  
  • Changes to COVID safety regulations will be communicated promptly and clearly to all ticket holders.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been in close contact with someone who is positive, or are experiencing symptoms, please do not attend.  For ticket credit options, please contact our office.

JFFA is committed to the health and safety of all event attendees and we will continue to follow regulations set forth by local health authorities.

FAQ’s

What are my options if I am sick or have had an exposure to COVID-19?

Please DO NOT attend the show if you are having any COVID-like symptoms.  Contact the JFFA office at 360-457-5411 to talk about ticket exchange or credit options.  You may also email us: contact@jffa.org

Do I need to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to attend JFFA events?

In accordance with state, county, and local mandates for indoor and outdoor events, and expectations set forth by our artists and venue partners, proof of vaccination or a negative test is NOT currently required.  These guidelines are subject to change at any time based on local, state and national health mandates or by request of our venue partners.

Do I need to wear a mask or face covering at JFFA events?

In accordance with state, county, and local mandates for indoor and outdoor events, and expectations set forth by our artists and venue partners, masking is optional at this time.  These guidelines are subject to change at any time based on local, state and national health mandates or by request of our venue partners.

Will there be social distancing standards in place?

At this time, only venues on Port Angeles School District property are subject to social distancing.  This includes the Port Angeles Performing Arts Center (PAPAC) on the PAHS campus.  These guidelines are subject to change at any time based on local, state and national health mandates or by request of our venue partners.

Are there separate vaccinated or masked sections?

No.  There are no designated sections for vaccinated or masked patrons.

Can I still wear a mask at events?

Yes.  While there is not currently a requirement to wear them, many of our patrons may still choose to wear masks.
