The Festival Street Fair is open from 11-7pm on FRI/SAT/SUN. MON hours are 11-4pm.
All indoor stages are open and available for performer load-in one hour before your scheduled set time. Soundchecks are 30 minutes before your set time on the Main Stage and Elks Stage 3 (Ballroom). Elks Stage 2, Chamber Stage and PAFAC Stage allow for a 15 minute soundcheck prior to your scheduled set time.
Notes & Requirements
Prior to load in and performance, all performers must check in at the Performer/Volunteer Tent located on 4th Street (on the North facing side of Vern Burton Community Center). Please access this location on 4th Street from Lincoln Street, NOT Peabody Street as that side is closed due to the Festival Street Fair. You will be cheerfully greeted by our staff, issued Festival wristbands and directed toward the appropriate stage and load-in zone.
Artist comps must be arranged PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL directly through the JFFA office. JFFA allows one artist comp per performer plus an additional 50%. For example, a performing group of 8 would be allowed a total of 12 comps.
