Come write a song! Learn how to channel your inner creativity in an authentic way and experience what it feels like to translate that into musical form. No experience necessary. If you’ve never played any instruments or sung before, no problem! If you do have experience, join us and bring your favorite instrument! During our time together, I will also touch on some of the ways that music ans art can help our mental health and teach some everyday tools that I’ve learned from First Aid Arts. firstaidarts.org If you would like, please bring a notebook, a pen or pencil, or even an instrument.
