Yoga connects breath with movement, and your body will be SO THANKFUL when you slow down and start to pay attention. The practice of Yoga can be beneficial in many ways. Depending on what you need, you could see a vast improvement physically, mentally, spiritually and even socially!  No previous experience is necessary, and no matter your size, flexibility (or lack of!), age, or fitness level, you CAN practice Yoga.  Are you nervous to try Yoga for the first time? Give yourself a break, and don’t compare yourself to those who ‘know what they’re doing’.  Let yourself be a beginner, and remember that anyone who is good at what they do, had to start at the beginning.    Bring your own yoga mat but some mats will be available if needed.
