Poor Man’s Whiskey

POOR MAN’S WHISKEY  are Northern California’s outlaw music bards who bring a reputation for high-energy live shows to stages and festivals worldwide while blending an incomparable fusion of bluegrass, old time, southern rock, and old school jam. Poor Man’s Whiskey has been growing exponentially in the last five years selling out venues across the country such as the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco. This “high octane hootenanny” will certainly delight those music lovers seeking a foot-stomping good time. PMW has evolved into a ragged, spontaneous beast pulling from equally deep wells of storytelling originals, expertly crafted covers and zany onstage shenanigans. The band has released six studio albums and boast a stunning repertoire of songs, creating a new show at every performance. In addition to their upbeat and original sets, Poor Man’s Whiskey has developed special “tribute sets” with their original bluegrass Americana twists including: “Dark Side of the Moonshine” (bluegrass interpretation of the classic Pink Floyd album), “Graceland” (tribute to the classic Paul Simon album), “Old and In the Way” (tribute to the Allman Brothers Band) and “Tribute to Kate Wolf”.  At our 2019 festival stage they will perform a tribute set featuring music by “The Band”.  SATURDAY
