Yoga classes are held on the lawn in front of Vern Burton Community Center (weather permitting) or in the Vern Burton Workshop Room, 308 E. 4th St.  Classes are free and open to festival attendees.

Sessions are taught by professional instructors from Poser Yoga
awarded the “Emerging Business of the Year” at the 2018 Port Angeles Community Awards Gala.  Participants will enjoy a safe and supportive environment to learn the art of yoga, enjoy its health benefits and experience a deeper connection with themselves and others.  “You can’t help but change other people’s lives when you feel better yourself.” summed up Jenny Stewart Houston, owner of Poser Yoga.

No experience is necessary to participate.  Comfortable clothing and hydration are strongly recommended.  Yoga mats are welcome, but not required.
