Artisan & Food Vendor Applications Are Now Open! Application deadline is March 1, 2020


We will be utilizing  again this year to screen and invite artisan vendors.   This site is FREE for all artisans. To honor our commitment to all arts – both visual and performance. Due to our commitment to supporting artists and helping them thrive, re-sellers are not permitted in our street fair as of 2018. 


Food Vending at the Juan de Fuca Festival:

Each year, the Juan de Fuca Festival hosts a robust, open to the public street fair filled with hand crafted art and food vendors.  JFFA strives to find a diverse lineup of food styles to ensure diversification and better sales for each vendor.  Interested in vending at the 27th Juan de Fuca Festival? 

We’re in the process of redesigning our application process!  To start, fill out the online form linked above and our street fair coordinator will follow up with you!  Once your application is approved, you will be asked to submit booth payment, proof of insurance, electrical needs, and a permit to vend food in Clallam County.

  •  Food booths 10×15 and under: $450
  •  Food booths that exceed 10×15: $500
  •  Deposit: $75 (This deposit is forfeited if the vendor leaves before the end of the festival on Monday, May 25th, or if the vendor’s space is not properly cleaned)
Note: We do not take a percentage of sales; fees include electricity, access to potable water, and access to gray water disposal tanks.
Requirements to Vend:
  • Approved application with finalized menu
  • Clallam County Health Department Permit
  • Active Washington State Food Handler permits for all workers
  • Washington State sales tax registration number (UBI)
  • Proof of insurance
  • Fire extinguisher with minimum 2A-10BC capacity
  • Food grade hose to access water taps
  • Heavy duty electrical cords to reach spider boxes (cords must be capable of carrying the load necessary to run your setup)
  • Booth fee paid, with deposit submitted as a separate check to be held until end of festival.


Juan De Fuca Festival
Location: 308 E. 4th Street Port Angeles, WA             Memorial Day Weekend, May 22-25, 2020
(Vendors set up on May 21-22, 2020)

The Juan de Fuca Festival is a four-day community celebration of music and art  which includes a popular street fair reflecting high quality, handcrafted artisan wares and food vendors. 

To ensure a successful experience for all vendors, we select quality vendors and avoid duplication. If we are familiar with your product, or if you were in attendance the previous year, you do not need to send in photos.  New vendors who have not participated will need to include photos of product with completed  ZAPP application to be considered.

Applications and payment are due by May 1, 2020.  We will begin mailing acceptance/non-acceptance letters to vendors by the end of March.

Our 2020  pricing structure for booths will be as follows:              Non-Profit 10×10 = $125- contact: 
Artisan Vendor 10×10 = $225,  10×20 = $400,  Application fee:  $15
Food Booth below 10×15 = $425,  10×15 above = $475

Note:  Processed foods such as jams, jellies, sauces are considered Artisan Vendor, but do need to fill out form with Clallam County Health Department.

Festival Hours : 
Vendors set up on Thursday night (May 21) after 6:00 pm or Friday morning (May 22) between 8:00 am -10:00 am. 

Street Fair hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Hours on Memorial Day Monday are 11:00 am – 4:30 pm.
