The Juan de Fuca Festival

Memorial Day Weekend, May 22-26, 2014

On a Memorial Day Weekend in 1994, the very first Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts was launched and Port Angeles was never quite the same. Twenty one years later, we want to welcome you once more to this annual celebration that will amaze and delight you with its quality, diversity and just plain fun. This remarkable event is held over five days presenting roughly 80 performances on four major showcase stages, not to mention the “After Hours in the Clubs” and a lively Street Fair. All of this nestled between the majestic beauty of the Olympic National Park and the Straits of Juan de Fuca! There’s something for everyone!

The Juan de Fuca Festival is truly taking its rightful place as one of the top festivals in the west, if not the country. And with advance tickets available at just $55, this has to be one of the best deals ever ($70 at the gate).

festival-stage-performanceThe “Juan de Fuca After Hours in the Clubs” program (included in the ticket price) is  back with some of our favorite festival bands. If only you could be three places at once! We’re talking non-stop, multi-stage entertainment for as many as 14 hours a day.

We’re also very excited about about Poor Man’s Whiskey’s, “Darkside of the Moonshine” on Thursday, the festival’s first night.  The Art Shack and Workshops  are also a great way to explore and enhance your own creativity.
