Seasonal Concert Programs Advertising
- Each seasonal concert performance attracts audiences from 250-1000 people.
- The price of advertising is very affordable:
- $40 or $70 per program depending on the concert.
- Seasonal Concert Advertising Package costs $200 (saving you $50.) With this package you will receive two complimentary tickets to a show of your choice. These ads also receive priority placement throughout the concert programs.
- As an optional service we can design an ad for you for a one time charge of $30.
- We request ad copy no later than 15 days before the concert date.
- You will be invoiced for your ad within 15 days after receipt of your ad copy.
- Advertising in the Seasonal Concert Programs is NOT the same as advertising in the JFFA Festival tab. Sponsors included in the JFFA Festival tab are not included in these concert programs. Only Major Festival Sponsors are listed on the front of the programs. If you are interested in becoming a Major Festival Sponsor, please contact Anna Manildi at 457-5411.

How to Submit Your Ad
AD SPECIFICATIONS: Black & White, 4-¾" wide x 2" high
ACCEPTED DIGITAL FORMATS
- Please email your ad copy to ads@jffa.org in one of the following PC-compatible formats:
- .eps, .tif, .pdf, .jpg, .gif or .bmp formats are accepted.
- 300dpi - 600 dpi is preferred for the best black and white printing resolution.
- Our systems are PC based so we can only accept PC formatted ads.
PRINT COPIES
Print copies of your ad may be hand-delivered to the Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts office in downtown Port Angeles. The JFFA office is located on the second floor of the Washington Mutual Bank Building on the NW corner of Laurel and W. Front. Follow the colorful JFFA posters to the office. Drop by between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. If no one is in the office, just drop off your copy through the mail slot in the office door.
If your scanned ad needs to be cleaned up after scanning we charge a one-time cleanup fee of $10.
